my view on Christianity vs Gay Rights.

i see a lot of gay supporters complaining about Christian’s who condemn homosexuals.

i am a Christian, but i have several friends who are gay. do i try to convert them and tell them that they are going to hell? no. do i join them in their gay support groups and gay rights movements? no.

i believe the Christianity is not a religion with rules and condemnation. i believe in an unconditional love for all of mankind. God DOES love everyone because He created each of us with a divine and special purpose. Therefore, i love people no matter who they are or what they believe.

i will say that people are not born gay, it is a personal choice. i mat not agree with the choice, but i have no right to judge and condemn someone when i am just as (if not more) of a “sinner” than they are. Jesus taught that only those who are sinless can pass judgement on another. i do feel sorry for the people who have to deal with hateful, hypocritical “Christians”. They may call themselves Christians, but it is our actions that define who we are. Just don’t rule all of us out yet.
