In other news:
I had a wonderful double-date hang-out with my handsome man and lovely roommies tonight. We played on the playground at the park, chased fireflies, and then I made everyone smoothies. I’m pretty sure Jonathon almost cried because he loved them so much. Now I’m gonna be stuck making him smoothies everyday, which is okay with me.
Jumping off my last post regarding my recent inquires…
I have been getting a lot of questions about my beliefs. Some are good thoughtful concerns, while others are just rude and downright hateful. All because of what I believe? Regardless of my beliefs, I am one of the least judgmental and hateful people in the world. Why aren’t people jumping down the throats of those people instead? Because it’s fun to pick on the girl who only defends her beliefs? It’s not like I’m shoving anything down anyone’s throats. Doesn’t make sense to me. Not like they’re making me reconsider my beliefs or anything, so I have no idea what they feel like they’re accomplishing.
At Lowes looking at paint colors
- Me: I can't wait to decorate my own house someday.
- Mikey: I like these colors.
- Me: Or "our" house.
- Mikey: *smiles* ...I like this color.
- Me: Okay you can have all your manly colors, just as long as I can do the kitchen however I want.
- Mikey: .....I REALLY like this color.
- Me: Do you actually like this color? Or are you trying to be a butt?
- Mikey: I'm just messing with you. But I really do like it. I trust your interior design skills though, so you can do whatever you want.
He’s been on the phone for over 3 hours.
I’ve cleaned up my old apartment, packed up all my groceries, sat outside for 1.5 hours, and even walked all the way to the local McDonald’s and back just to get him a drink. And now we’ve already missed half of church.
I really hope some progress is being made.
All moved out!
And kinda all moved in… Lots of organizing and unpacking left to do, but I’m beat.

I’m actually really stoked that I don’t have a job anymore.
Sure it’s gonna be a bit rough here and there until I find another way to make some money.. But I’ve been wasting my life away at that horrid job 40-50 hours a week for a year, and I’m ready to start living a little again.
It kinda worked out perfectly too. I’m moving out of my downtown apartment this week and will be living with two fantastic people in my favorite town in my favorite building and will constantly be surrounded by all of my favorite people.. Well, excluding Mikey, cause I’ll actually be living farther away from him :T At least he’s in Franklin pretty often for band and church things, so I can’t complain.
I’m seriously so stored for everything regardless. And the first thing on my jobless agenda is: start painting again!!!
